It’s normal to feel worried or stressed during this strange time, but there are many things we can do to help us mind our mental health and wellbeing.
By keeping in contact with your Counsellor, Family Support worker or Key worker, stress and worries can be shared. If you or your family member feel overwhelmed with the current situation of Covid-19 now is the time to seek support.
An important factor in mental wellbeing is routine. Many routines have been disrupted by Covid-19 and this can leave you feeling out of control. By developing a new routine and structure to your daily life this can give you back a sense of purpose and control. If you are finding this hard to do, staff at CASP can support you through this journey by staying connected.
