C.A.S.P offers active drug users detoxification and stabilization with a methadone treatment programme.
A small number of places are identified for maintainence.
Currently this service is offered to 65 drug users of whom 50 are dispensed to by the pharmacist on site.
All those attending C.A.S.P for their drug use are offered medical assesment, health care, auricular acupuncture, one to one support and counselling, group work, urinanalysis, court reports and referral. | |

| These services are offered during the day time for those who are not in training or employment or in the evening for those who are.
C.A.S.P have a close working relationship with a number of residential rehabilitation centers and drug users wishing to attend residential care are encouraged, prepared and supported to do so.
